Japanese cartoon character Tetsuwan Atom, or Astro Boy, attends the entrance ceremony of Totsuka Daisan Elementary School in Tokyo. In the original work by cartoon artist Osamu Tezuka, Astro Boy was born on April 7, 2003 and would turn 7 years old when children enter elementary schools in Japan in 2010
